Kimberly worked with me for at least 8 months (or more) while I was searching for a condo or villa in the Bradenton area. Quite frankly, she didn't know me from Adam (and my name's not Adam...). I was just a voice on the phone from New Jersey and she not only stuck with me (patiently) during my search, but she did ALL of the leg work, checking out each of several properties I was interested in. In addition, her personality was such an added bonus. The first time i met kim was to see the property i actually bought. I called her at 8 30am and told her i was at this property..it wasn't even on the market yet..but i wanted to see it....she was here in thirty minutes with all the info i needed to make my decision. She walked me thru each step of the purchasing process from inspections to finding the right mortgage holder. She became my friend and treated me like i was part of her family....we are still friends...with kim on your side you don't have to go it alone.

This was a condo we purchased for our grandson. This was a very small deal, but that did not affect Kim's performance one bit. Even after we were under contract, there were some big obstacles to closing right away (it was a cash deal, no loan). She stuck with us through it all. Her performance was sterling and I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend her. She was an enormous help to us and on very short notice too.
