Love love love Kim Booth! She was the very best realtor for us and my extended family. When relocating to Florida from another state, she made everything so easy and most of all stress free. 13 years ago I needed a home for myself and my son. We looked at many properties in Bradenton but nothing appealed to me. Kim however really recommended this home right off of Riverside Drive primarily because it consisted of 3 lots. Besides being a cute home Kim was looking into the future where these lots could generate a huge profit if development came to the area, as it has downtown. Me not listening to her promptly made me lose the home to another buyer. For reasons Kim was aware, I really did not want to live in Bradenton but rather Tampa. Frustrated in my home search, I put the search on hold and moved into an apartment in Tampa. 3 years later, Kim contacted me asking if I was ready to resume the hunt. I was but told her I prefer Tampa and probably just get a realtor up there. She insisted continuing being my realtor and blew me away by the amount of times she drove up to Tampa with a list of homes to see. That dedication sold me on her forever. After viewing atleast 20 homes in Tampa I was once again about to give up. When all hope was over, Kim excited calls me to tell me the house in Bradenton I missed out on 3 years prior just hit the market. It was off the market in 24 hours and still my home today. Besides her efforts to find a home you want she has such an established network that I had to do nothing until the day she called me and told me where I need to be for the closing. By far the best in Tampa Bay, not just Manatee and Sarasota, but all of Tampa Bay.

The first time i met kim was to see the property i actually bought. I called her at 8 30am and told her i was at this property..it wasn't even on the market yet..but i wanted to see it....she was here in thirty minutes with all the info i needed to make my decision. She walked me thru each step of the purchasing process from inspections to finding the right mortgage holder. She became my friend and treated me like i was part of her family....we are still friends...with kim on your side you don't have to go it alone.

This was a condo we purchased for our grandson. This was a very small deal, but that did not affect Kim's performance one bit. Even after we were under contract, there were some big obstacles to closing right away (it was a cash deal, no loan). She stuck with us through it all.
